The series, which is also called Seito Gakuen-kaigi Hekiya Jiroku (Records Hekiya Activities Student Council of the Academy), revolves around a private school, where Student Council is elected by popular vote altogether. Because of this, Ken Sugisaki is the only male representative on the board otherwise, all students bishÅjo, which can enter the "sacred sanctuary" of the council meeting room. At the request of Council President Kurimu Sakurano (pictured right), Sugisaki records the minutes of Council meetings, which would become daily conversation about the lives of students and their interests.
